Philadelphia Highways

The "City of Brotherly Love" has seen its share of expressways come and some that were to come, but did not make it past the drawing boards.  Still there are other interesting items of the highway system of the largest city in Pennsylvania.  For example, Interstate 76 happens to come through the city just a few miles from where the Declaration of Independence was signed in 1776.  Delve into the history of the highways around the city and find information pertaining to them.
